Edith is a Ph.D candidate in the “Vision for Robotics” group since 2015. Her research interests include interactive segmentation and classification. She is part of the SQUIRREL project team and works on segmentation of cluttered scenes using attention keys and multi views. Edith holds a Master degree in Medical Informatics from TU Wien (2014). She did her master thesis “Image Retrieval on Co-registered Confocal Microscopy Image Collections” at the VRVis Zentrum für Virtual Reality und Visualisierung Forschungs-GmbH. Edith spent one semester abroad at KTH where she focused on Image Analysis, Articial Intelligence and Medical Engineering.
