Huseyin Tugcan Dinc received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering with a double degree in Electronics Engineering at Erciyes University, Turkey, in 2016, and a master’s degree in Mechatronics and Cyber Physical Systems from Technische Hochschule Deggendorf in 2020, with a master’s thesis conducted at German Aerospace Center (DLR), Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics. He obtained his PhD in robotics from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in 2025. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Robotic Systems Lab (RSL) of the Automation and Control Institute (ACIN) at TU Wien. His research interests are centered on passivity-based control, time-delayed systems, and the intersection of learning and control systems.
