The Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 is a robust, all-in-one laser tracker that fits in a single flight case. Offering high-speed dynamic measurement as standard, it is a complete solution for six degrees of freedom (6DoF) probing, scanning and automated inspection as well as reflector measurement.

Optical position measurement system that detects the position of passive markers using infrared light. A position measurement with up to 0.1 mm accuracy at 360 Hz measuring frequency is possible. If several markers are placed on a rigid body, its pose can also be measured in all six degrees of freedom. The Prime 17W cameras have a particularly large aperture angle of 70°, allowing large measurement volumes to be measured with a compact arrangement of cameras.

A total of 12 cameras are available at the institute, which can be operated in two subsystems.

With the help of this camera, accurate point clouds of various objects can be reconstructed in high detail without quality degradation due to vibrations, ambient light or motion blur.

The Logic Pro 16 is a professional logic analyzer with a particularly well-engineered and user-friendly PC software that makes measuring digital signals fun. Digital signal acquisition is performed at up to 500 MSamples/s on all channels. By streaming the data via the USB 3 connection, an almost unlimited memory depth is available with the PC memory.
