Short Curriculum Vitae


Ernst holds a M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from TU Wien, Vienna, Austria which he received in 2014 and 2017, respectively.

He is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Automation and Control Institute (ACIN) at TU Wien. His primary research interests are on multidisciplinary systems integration and the design of high performance mechatronic systems in the area of precision engineering, control of opto-mechatronic imaging systems, and in-line metrology systems.
