Hands-On Robotics: From Concept to Real Manipulator

In the course, students build their own robot arm from servo drives and microcontrollers and use it to solve a predefined task (e.g. to follow a predefined path with the end effector; or to write a predefined text with a pen). All the components required for this, such as dynamic calculation, forward and inverse kinematics and joint level control, are implemented by the students themselves.

An information lecture about this course will be organized on March 7th at 14:00 in room CA 04 26.
