The goal of the project is to acquire deeper knowledge and understanding of current topics in mechatronics, robotics, control systems, and automation by conducting a small individual project. The topics are selected from various topics related to current research.
In this course, students are asked to conduct a project in a systematic way: It starts with planning a research project, conducting project tasks, giving two presentations—an interim and final presentation—and writing a final report. A mandatory lecture about “Scientific Working Techniques” provides basic information and useful tips for conducting the project successfully.
The list of project proposals is mainly renewed at the beginning of the semester, while it is spontaneously updated as well. The project can be started and finished flexibly beside the semester schedule. However, it is still recommended to start at the beginning of the semester for better alignment with the given presentation and lecture schedule.
The project proposals are found in the linked pages of following categories. Please contact the supervisor as soon as possible when you find an interesting projects.
